Overview
Food Preparation & Production Level 2 is designed to prepare the candidates to work and assist the Section Head of a kitchen in a hotel/ restaurant or other commercial food production units. Meanwhile, Food Preparation & Production Level 3 is to prepare the candidates to work as a Section Head.
Minimum Entry Requirements
Able to read, write and speak in Malay or English, and having basic knowledge in arithmetic
Level 2: School leaver 15-45 years old
Level 3: Completed Level 2 (HT-012-2:2012)
